Founder/ President
Mary Thao is a business and technology consultant who is passionate about solving problems and building capacity. She is able to help organizations overcome obstacles and challenges by recognizing the client needs for ongoing transformation and applying her experiences in leadership and project management to achieve results. She has over 25 years of experience leading and managing Information Technology in Manufacturing, Government, and Healthcare.
Jodie Gardner, MBA, PMP
Founder / Vice President
Jodie is an energetic leader that brings foresight to her work and teams. She has coached executives and leaders on strategic planning and execution, portfolio, program, and project management. Jodie is also a Prosci Certified Change Practioner. Jodie is an adjunct instructor for Project Management at
the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point at the graduate and undergraduate
levels.
